Biography
Dr. Beth Giroir is the Executive Director for Student Success Initiatives at the University of ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ at Lafayette. As Executive Director, Dr. Giroir oversees the Academic Success Center, The Learning Center, Office of First-Year Experience, and the ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ Educate Program. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and from The University of Southern Mississippi, Dr. Giroir earned a master’s degree in Student Personnel Services and a doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Giroir has experience as an assistant professor, as well as many roles in higher education administration including admissions, residence life, institutional research, career services, mentoring, student academic support, and family support.
