Three Honored as UL Lafayette's Top Grads

Three students from the University of ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ at Lafayette were honored for perfect 4.0 grade point averages during Fall commencement exercises on Dec. 18.

The three were UL Lafayette’s top graduates for the Fall 2004 semester. They include:

• Karen Lilja Sigurbergsdottir, daughter of Svanur and Drofn Agustsdottir of Gardabee, Iceland. Sigurbergsdottir received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. Her major is marketing.

• Matthew Voorhies Spizale, is the son of David and Jan Spizale of Lafayette. Spizale received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Liberal Arts. His major is English.

• Mary Analise Zaunbrecher, daughter of Karl and Lynda Zaunbrecher of Saranac Lake, New York. Zaunbrecher received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Sciences. Her major is microbiology.

Each semester the university recognizes its top graduates during Graduate School commencement exercises in the Cajundome.
